ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs an Account Manager in our office, you are vital to our daily business operations and client experience. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and conversations. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Promote successful and long-lasting customer relationships.
  • At least two years of client facing sales experience preferred
  • Experience working with Home, Auto and Life Insurance preferred
  • Pride in getting work done accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Dedicated to providing a stellar client experience
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer and provide clear, succinct explanations of insurance coverages
  • Must have (or be willing to obtain) an active Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licenses

Compensation $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
